New Recipe: A hit from a great reader!
I got this little gem from a friend and just had to share it with you. She is also selling Pampered Chef now if you need anything.

Creamy Italian Chicken
3-4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white cooking wine
1 pkg. Italian Dressing Mix (dry mix located by salad dressings)
2 pkgs. cream cheese softened
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 bag extra wide egg noodles
Place chicken in crockpot. Mix seasoning mix and water and pour over chicken. Add white wine and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Chicken will be extra tender and falling apart. I use the pampered chef mix-n-chop to get the chicken to be shredded. Using a mixer, mix the cream cheese and the soup until creamy. Pour over chicken. Add mushrooms and continue to cook on low for another hour. Boil noodles according to package directions. Serve over noodles! This is delicious. I usually mix the noodles in with the creamy chicken and serve.

Keep them coming guys. This is a win win for all of us. I love cookbooks but I am always afraid that what I choose will come out bad. This way we know it's a hit right off the bat.

We've been busy making Valentine's for Avery's class party tomorrow. Well...Britten was busy creating some nice artwork on his face. I can't take credit for this cute little idea.
